With flea season upon us, it's important to stay ahead of the game!


Unfortunately, the average female flea can lay about 40 eggs a day!  Yikes! Needless to say, a flea infestation can  happen quite rapidly. One minute your puppers is scratching behind the ear and the next minute your floor is hopping!


They're  multiple ways to prevent your home from becoming a safe haven for fleas.  First  and foremost  have your yard and home sprayed  for fleas by a fully licensed pest control company.  (Safety is of the utmost importance!)  If you haven't already,  it's a good idea to talk to your vet about the best flea prevention for your furry friends.  Last but not least, vacuum, vacuum, vacuum! You're going to  want to vacuum your home everyday for at least two weeks following treatment. Immediately after vacuuming  make sure you throw away the vacuum bag  in a trash can, located outside the home!
